Calico is Hiring a Project Coordinator (Interior Design) Near Valley, CA

Our Project Coordinators work with our designers, workrooms, and vendors to coordinate customer interior design projects. We seek detail oriented individuals to be responsible for administrative duties and to facilitate the smooth flow of custom orders by submitting and reviewing all finished work orders for completeness and accuracy. In addition to processing orders, this position is also responsible for scheduling measurement and installation appointments, processing customers payments and vendor invoices. We provide comprehensive training that focuses on fabrics, developing customer products, and design.

Job Requirements

  • Administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organization, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be detailed in your work
  • A positive attitude and work ethic

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and climb service ladders during your scheduled shift
  • Must be able to lift and control merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time

Compensation:

Pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, store volume, and location. Our part time Project Coordinators work between 24 and 30 hours per week. #IND123

Pay: $20.00 per hour
